Cancellations & Credits
Cancelling your place
Cancel 7 or more days before the event start time and we'll return the full value as féminité credit, valid 6 months and usable on any event. Cancellations are made by email to hello.feminite@gmail.com and take effect from the time we receive them.
Inside 7 days
Inside 7 days, we're no longer able to return the value of your place. Our events are small on purpose, every seat is planned for, and one that empties at short notice is rarely one we can fill in time. The same applies to places booked within that week.
Not attending
Places that aren't cancelled or passed on in time can't be credited. We'd always rather hear from you early, even if you're not sure yet.
If we cancel
Should féminité cancel or reschedule an event, you'll receive credit to the full value or a refund to your original payment method, your choice. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
Guest conduct
We may decline or cancel a booking where a guest's conduct is inconsistent with the spirit of the community. Where we do so before the event, the full value is refunded.
